Return Policy

Fluid Supps is proud of the quality of all of our products. However we recognize that no product is perfect for every individual, and do offer refunds for non consumable product, and un-opened consumable product.

Consumable Product:
Due to the fact that these are a consumable product, we are not able to accept returns on product that has been opened.

Consumable Products Include: Fluid Energy Tubs, Fear Fluid Tubs

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be:
-Unopened, sealed, and in its original condition
-Purchased (with proof) directly from Fluid Supps
-Purchased at it's current full price**
-Returned using an insured and traceable shipping method
-Returned with everything that came with the product
-Returned within 30 days of receiving the product

**All purchases using a discount code from a promotion are considered non-refundable. If a product is marked down without the use of a discount code, it will be considered refundable.

Non-Consumable Product:

Non Consumable Items Include: Shaker Bottles, Accessories, Apparel

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be:
-Containing all pieces of the original product
-Purchased (with proof) directly from Fluid Supps
-Purchased at it's current full price**
-Returned using an insured and traceable shipping method
-Returned with everything that came with the product
-Returned within 30 days of receiving the product

**All purchases using a discount code from a promotion are considered non-refundable. If a product is marked down without the use of a discount code, it will be considered refundable.

Shipping/Handling costs are non-refundable, and buyer must pay return shipping.
