Shipping Policy
All Fluid Supps orders are processed and packaged in our own warehouse. We strive to finalize the order within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. The order will then be handed off to the shipping carrier.
Please note that these processing times may vary during our busy seasons. These can include new product launches, collaborations, holiday seasons, or sales.
You will receive an update with a tracking number to the email provided at checkout when your order has been shipped.
USPS Postal Transit Times
USPS Priority Mail:
Transit Time: 1-3 Business Days
USPS First Class Mail:Transit Time: 2-5 Business Days
USPS Ground Advantage:Transit Time: 2-8 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail Express:Transit Time: 1-2 Business Days
USPS First Class International:Transit Time: 7 - 21 business days.
Please note that these transit times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier, and are not meant to be a guarantee of delivery date. Transit times can fluctuate due to several factors.
Transferral of Responsibility
Once we hand off your order to the shipping carrier, Fluid Supps is no longer to be held responsible for the shipment. We will do our best to assist in locating lost orders, but we can only access the same tracking information as the customer. Any further concerns can be addressed to the shipping carrier.
International customers are responsible for all import taxes and fees.
If your order is returned to the sender for a mistake in the address or customs fees are denied by the customer. A refund will only be issued once/if the product returns to our warehouse. We will not refund the shipping cost. If you wish to attempt a second shipment, we will need to be reimbursed for the shipping fee and provide a valid address before we attempt to reship.
